Five no-bake desserts to get you through summer ☀️🍰

Hey, friend.

The best thing about a no-bake dessert in the summer isn't actually that the oven stays off. It's that the work happens hours before anyone shows up, which means dessert is already done while you're still rinsing the lettuce for the salad.

Today I’m sharing five make-ahead, no-bake favorites. Set them in the fridge in the morning, and they'll be ready when you are!

THE CLASSIC

Easy Banana Pudding

Layers of vanilla pudding, sliced bananas, vanilla wafers, and whipped topping. It chills in the fridge for a few hours and comes out tasting better than it has any right to.

5 INGREDIENTS

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Layered ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and hot fudge. The dessert that takes fifteen minutes and disappears in five.

LAYERED & COOL

Strawberry Icebox Cake

Sweet cream cheese filling, fresh strawberries, and graham crackers layered together and chilled overnight. The kind of dessert that looks like it took effort (but didn't)!

RICH & CREAMY

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

A creamy peanut butter filling in a graham cracker crust, no oven required. Pull it from the fridge, top with a little extra whipped cream and chopped peanuts, and watch it go.

OLD-SCHOOL EASY

Chocolate Pudding Pie

Rich chocolate pudding in a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream. The kind of dessert that feels like it came out of someone's grandma's recipe box.

FROZEN & EASY

Ice Cream Pie

Softened ice cream pressed into a cookie crust, topped with whipped cream and frozen until firm. Pick the ice cream flavor, pick the crust, and you've made a dessert.

Make it in the morning, forget about it, and pull it out when you're ready. This is the whole summer dessert strategy, and it works!
