Seafood dinners without the fuss

Hey there,

If seafood feels like the one thing you leave to the restaurants, I want to gently talk you out of that. It has a reputation for being tricky, but the truth is a good fish dinner can be one of the fastest things you make all week.

Here are a handful that have earned a regular spot at our table.

Garlic Parmesan Tilapia

Five ingredients and five minutes of prep, which makes it about the easiest fish dinner you can put on the table on a weeknight.

Shrimp Alfredo Bake

You don't even boil the pasta. Everything goes into one dish and into the oven, and ten minutes of prep gets you a creamy, comforting dinner.

Garlic Butter Salmon

Salmon in a simple garlic butter sauce, ready in about fifteen minutes. It feels a little special without asking much of you.

Maple-Glazed Sheet Pan Salmon

Salmon, sweet potatoes, and broccoli all on one tray, with just five ingredients and a single pan to wash.

Linguine with Clam Sauce

Canned clams, white wine, butter, and garlic come together in twenty minutes for something that tastes like you fussed a lot more than you did.

Give one of these a try this week. I think you'll be surprised how simple it is.

If you're in the mood to keep going, my Southern Seafood Dinners collection rounds up more of our favorites, from shrimp and grits to a low country boil.
