Dinner in ten, fifteen, twenty, or thirty ⏱️🍳

Hey, friend.

There's no prep in this email! Nothing to thaw, nothing to assemble on Sunday, and nothing you needed to think about earlier in the week.

This week: Just five dinners you can start right now, listed from fastest to slowest.

The Recipes

10 MINUTES

Teriyaki Ground Beef

One skillet, a handful of pantry ingredients, and a shortcut sweet and savory glaze. Serve it over rice and you're done!

15 MINUTES

Dijon Mustard Salmon

The mustard and brown sugar caramelize on top while the salmon roasts, so it looks like more effort than it was.

20 MINUTES

Egg Roll in a Bowl

All the flavor of takeout in one skillet, without the wrapper. This one has become the most-clicked quick dinner on my site for good reason!

25 MINUTES

Old Fashioned Sloppy Joes

Pantry staples and a sweet, tangy sauce you stir together yourself. Better than the canned version, and almost as fast.

30 MINUTES

Smoked Sausage Pasta

Cheesy pasta with smoked sausage and broccoli, all in one pot. The full meal in a single bowl, right at the thirty-minute line.

If you need more like these, I keep a running list of 30-minute skillet dinners.

With a handful of simple shortcuts, we can make a ten-minute dinner that actually tastes homemade!

Fast doesn't have to mean frozen. That's the whole point!
